Key Account Manager

Our client: Is a globally recognized technology company focused in the data and software space. They offer a fast paced and product driven space for the right candidate to grow.

Requirements:

  • Identify potential key stakeholders ad clients in both the private and public sectors.
  • Source, own and grow a portfolio of accounts through strong relationship building and management skills
  • Maintain strong relationships with current customers and ensure customer satisfaction and experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the company's products and services to coordinate with pre-sales and other cross functional teams
  • Work closely with all teams to negotiate and close deals successfully while meeting the customers' needs

Responsibilities:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Software and/or industrial sector experience is a plus
  • B2B selling experience
  • Good working knowledge of industry/ market trends, specifically in the technology space
  • Experience selling solutions directly to clients
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Soft skills- negotiation, communication, presentation, time management and people management
