Perm Learning & Development (L&D) Manager up to $13000
Our client is a reputable organization in the technology industry
Location: Bencoolen


Job scope:

  • Drive development and execute L&D plan, formulate projects, processes and frameworks
  • Design effective learning strategies by understanding employee's developmental needs
  • Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to build and align learning and career paths
  • Have good understanding of company's values and strategic priorities, identify performance gaps and provide solutions
  • Increase usage of LMS and create effective learning solutions by using multiple delivery methods
  • Source and manage external consultants for development and delivery of key programs, monitor effectiveness of L&D initiatives
  • Partner with organizational leaders to drive culture of coaching and development, oversee daily performance appraisal process



Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or related discipline
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in L&D specifically
  • Previous experience in project management or implementation of projects will be a plus
  • Proven experience in delivery L&D programs and initiatives, conducting training to wide audience
  • Experience handling a regional portfolio will be advantageous



Salary: Up to $13000
