Manager, CRM - Regional Marketing

About the job

Reporting to the Head of Data, your responsibilities would include

  • To oversee CRM and marketing automation to increase new signups, leads to conversations, customer retention through SMS, Email, Social media channels
  • To manage the day to day email operations and working closely with cross functional teams such as marketing & creative department
  • Strategize and innovate CRM strategies by gathering customer insights and customize it to their needs and create a unique customer experience
  • To develop and implement customer related programme -such as onboarding , retention strategies and implementation of loyalty programs
  • Drive retention ,
  • Develop and implement programs for customer on-boarding, lifecycle management
  • Drive retention, increased trading frequency, facilitate cross product and ROI
  • Complete analysis/consolidating of CRM campaigns using control techniques and
  • corporate reporting tools to measure success/ROI

Skills and experiences required

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experiences and at least 2 years leading a team
  • Experiences in cross-channel campaigns using marketing automation platforms
  • CRM and Consumer Analytics with a proven texperience in driving CRM strategy and implementing effective omni-channel communications
  • HTML/CSS knowledge and prior SQL/SPSS experience is a plus
