Manager/Sr. Manager Business Development

Job description

My client, a company specialising in third party logistics, freight services, warehouse operations, and supply chain solutions is looking for a Manager/Sr. Manager - Business Development.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Take full responsibility for the global business growth and commercial development for both targeted new clients and additional business penetration on an existing account.
  • Provide solutions to the clients through identifying, qualifying, consulting, developing value propositions and selling large scale and complex supply chain solutions.
  • Explore business opportunities among some new branded companies and grow additional business within the assigned account portfolio.
  • Prepare tender documents and contract negotiation.

About You

  • Extensive experience in senior business development roles within the logistics industry in large MNC for a minimum of 5 years
  • Strong knowledge of Logistics process and solution design outlines
  • Proven track record of targeting, pursuing and winning a sizeable portfolio of new logo key customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts.
