Managing Consultant - Commerce & Industry

Following on from a highly successful launch in 2014 in Kuala Lumpur and due to our continued expansion, we are now looking for an experienced hire to lead our already well-established Commerce & industry (C&I) division. We are continually looking for new talent who we can develop into the next generation of high performers and leaders.
As a Managing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced team of specialist recruiters as you provide leadership, mentorship and direction. You will enjoy building relationships and be passionate about working in a team based, professional, and high-performance culture that rewards, recognizes and celebrates success. We will expect you to foster strong relationships with clients, develop your own specialized desk, and to tap into the talent pool both actively and proactively.
The right candidate will have:

• ideally 3-5+ years of successful Recruitment experience in an agency setting
• proven track record of high performance and quality of work
• specialism within Commerce & Industry recruitment is a plus, and we are open to other specialisms
• strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• be enthusiastic, motivated, target driven and enjoy building relationships
• note: candidates who have not managed a team before may be considered for a Senior or Principal Consultant title with a development plan to become a Managing Consultant
