Job Description

Business planning and implementation:

• Assist the partners and BD Manager, Southeast Asia in the formulation and implementation of business development
• Help embed a cross-practice, client-oriented approach to new business, working in conjunction with relevant members of the global BD team and other key stakeholders
• Develop insightful, engaging integrated campaigns encompassing a variety of communications channels in alignment with the firm's regional growth priorities.
• Developing pitches and proposals across practice groups
• Coordinating, scheduling and drafting of award submissions to include liaison with key internal stakeholders, providing recommendations and organising research interviews
• Developing and maintaining written profiles of lawyers in the Firm
• Overseeing the coordination of authorship and marketing sponsorship assessments
• Maintaining deal databases for various marketing purposes
• Keeping up to date with market trends and activities
• Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders

It is expected that the Marcom Executive will also

• Effectively advocate the aims of the firm's business development agenda, assisting partners, lawyers and team members in maintaining an awareness of these aims and guiding their implementation
• Contribute to the continuing development of the regional and business development teams
• Maintain an overview of the developments taking place within the firm, with clients and the external market and communicate those developments to partners, lawyers and other team members

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will:

• Have executed regional marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM and Google analytics
• Proven experience of atleast 4 years in developing and executing high quality, innovative marketing campaigns applying a combination of traditional/digital marketing channels.
• Background in legal services, law firms or professional services
• Be tenacious, with the energy and passion to drive new business initiatives, influence partners and analyse and deliver results
• Have organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timelines
