Marketing Manager

Job description

My client is a premium wine companies, and they are looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join them in their Thailand office.

In this role you would be tasked with enhancing brand presence and stimulating growth within the country and region. Your experience in developing creative marketing strategies would play a key role in developing, managing and executing global and regional strategies into programs that resonate with distributors, retailers, and trade customers. You would also be crafting cost-effective plans and ensuring a strong return on investment. Working together with different stakeholders you would be supporting creative message development, engaging sales channels, designing collateral, and selecting optimal customer channels. Strong skills in end-to-end project management for campaigns and budgeting would see you be successful in the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Consumer-Centric Marketing: Working together with the commercial team, develop and execute marketing strategies with customer experience as the key focus to foster growth in key markets.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align marketing efforts with brand objectives and market needs, integrating various programs into a unified brand strategy.
  • Insight-Driven Initiatives: Develop shopper marketing initiatives based on insights, catering to specific market demands and enhancing partner relationships.
  • Program Development: Craft unique programs that differentiate our offerings and educate consumers, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Performance Management: Oversee market-level P&L, monitor performance and manage agency partnerships to ensure profitability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Diligently track program execution and market trends, ensuring adherence to company policies and ongoing optimization of strategies.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury brand management, alcohol industry knowledge would be desirable.
  • A strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of marketing and sales, capable of enhancing brand strength and experience.
  • Skilled in creating and executing marketing campaigns that effectively drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Adept in budget management, analytics, and ROI evaluations to assess marketing impact.
  • Fluent in English and Thai (since the role is based in Thailand and covering the Thai market), with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven, flexible, and able to work independently, with multitasking and project management skills.
