Member Services Coordinator Role

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for member enquiries via phone and email,providing accurate and timely guidance on membership matters, accreditation requirements and professional programmes.

· Manage membership lifecycle processes including new admissions, renewals, CPE compliance monitoring and certificate issuance.

· Conduct outbound call campaigns to support member engagement, programme participation and membership renewal initiatives.

· Maintain and update member records, manage feedback registries and assist with preparation of periodic reports and member surveys.

· Manage and update website content related to accreditation and membership matters, ensuring information remains accurate andcurrent.

· Support daily office operations and administrative workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

· Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
