Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations, ensuring alignment with user requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams located in the US, Japan, and India to understand user requirements and translate them into engaging visual concepts.
• Create compelling visual narratives that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity, while meeting user expectations.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines, while incorporating user feedback and preferences.
• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful designs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and pick up user requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams globally, while articulating design concepts and incorporating user feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and familiarity with Google Slides or similar presentation software.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a design agency or creative studio is a plus.
• Experience with animation or motion graphics is an advantage.
