Job Description

Onboarding

  • Manage the creation and execution of consultant agreements during the consultant onboarding and offboarding phases including any negotiation of contract terms
  • Lead all onboarding activities, including initiation and oversight of pre-employment screening (conducted by an external agency and required training)
  • Maintain relevant newcomer trackers and assist with ad hoc inquiries

Operational Support

  • Coordinate customer and employee placement logistics when employees and customers place new assignment
  • Manage the preparation and execution of all client and consultant engagement documents, including all contract term negotiations
  • Liaise with relevant teams and other company groups (including HR, Finance, IT Systems, and secretarial groups) to ensure smooth commencement of assignments
  • Manage timesheet systems and payroll framework, according to the staff's engagement terms
  • Advise on cross-border or other complex placement arrangements, working with Company's Risk, Finance, Tax and Legal functions as appropriate

Finance and Commercial Operations

  • Lead month-end preparation, customer billing process, provide guidance to the payments team, and track outstanding invoices
  • Track employee timesheets, review and verify invoices, monitor timely completion of accounts payable and payroll records, record and instruct Payroll and Finance teams on payments and salaries
  • Complete month end close out on company systems
  • Maintain invoice, payroll and timesheet trackers and assist with ad hoc queries

Compliance

  • Ensure that company's legal documentation accounts for market requirements, including by maintaining up-to-date
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the structure of company's engagements with employee and, where necessary, balancing risks with proposed mitigations
  • templates for consultancy arrangements and placements and considering variations for consultants' individual circumstances and business needs
  • Manage all other matters related to law society and other regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in any field
  • A high level of numeracy and very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to run processes to meet deadlines, prioritize and judge when to escalate
  • Strong written skills, able to draft formal documents (using standard templates and with guidance)
  • Strong communication skills, which will be called on with clients and third parties as well as internally
  • Experience in business operations in a professional or financial services environment
  • An inquisitive mind and enthusiasm for being part of a global growth business, motivated to contribute on different fronts and to grasp opportunities as they arise
