Performance Marketing Executive

Job description

My client is a well-known player within the retail industry. They're seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who is a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is excited to build and support our in-house performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work together with the team to design, plan, and execute campaigns with the goal of maximizing return on investment and minimizing client acquisition costs.
  • Continually formulate and put into practice recommendations for optimization and further growth while keeping track of and analysing performance overall in comparison to traffic, CPA, and ROI goals.
  • Additional paid channel strategies include overall strategy, producing traffic generation goals and forecasts, setting the budget spend priorities, and comparing overall results to the plan. These strategies are implemented through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google Ads, Programmatic, and Affiliates.
  • Connect and collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and manage monetisation opportunities that ties in with business objectives

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience with less than 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Highly data-driven, proficient in Excel and loves making sense of numbers
  • Technically savvy and loves to push technological boundaries.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and experience in paid media, including SEM, paid social, programmatic, and affiliate channels)
  • In-depth knowledge of targeting capabilities, custom audiences and lookalikes, networks and ad formats.
