Our client is a Established international legal firm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee entire administration activities in ensuring a high standard of management and maintenance of the building
  • Assist the COO in the execution of all other daily office management duties, including management of Reception and premises support contracts.
  • To provide regional assistance and guidelines regarding office renovation planning
  • Oversee the vendor management of all service agreements related to the office.
  • Lead a team of 4 administrative executives
  • Maintaining precise records of the working condition of the facility's equipment
  • Project management and supervising and coordinating work of contractors
  • Responsible for the approved operational and capital expenditures of the office
  • Procure office furniture, fittings, electrical appliances, office supplies, stationeries, and the like.
  • Provide recommendation and implementation of office safety requirements under BizSafe standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and building management on fire safety management and control.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • 6 - 8 years of Facilities Management / Office Management Experience
  • Good working knowledge of renovation and moving of office.
  • Positive attitude, team player & customer-centric
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Good project management, strong planning and organisational skills
  • Detailed and meticulous

Salary ranges from $6000-$8000
