PERM LEGAL SECRETARY (Legal Firm)

Our client is an established International Offshore law firm

Job responsibilities:

  • Arranging for the delivery of legal paperwork
  • Typing correspondence and legal paperwork
  • Engrossing letters to Court and to other solicitors
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Travelling arrangements for 3 partners
  • Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements.
  • Preparing Expenses Report
  • Participate in any other ad hoc assignments

Job requirements:

  • Diploma and above
  • At least 5-8 years of Legal secretarial experience from offshore legal firms
  • Proficient in Ms Excel
  • Comfortable with serving a team

Salary Ranges from $5000 -$6500 X 13 (Depending on experience)
