Our client is an offshore legal firm

Job Responsibilities:

Front Desk Duties

  • Attend to walk in clients and customers
  • Update guest list and contact numbers
  • Arrange for incoming and outgoing courier


  • Stationery, pantry supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure sufficient stock for stationery and pantry supplies
  • Ensure coffee machine, water cooler, shredding and scanning machines are serviced periodically
  • Assist staff to book restaurants for meetings/meals
  • Assist staff to book flights/hotels and processing expense claims forms
  • Other administrative support assigned from time to time
  • Assist office manager in office admin, facilities, hr and marketing activities

Job Requirements

  • O'Levels and above
  • At least 1-2 years of office admin experiences
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Strong in admin duties

Salary ranges from $2,500 - $3200 X 13
