PERM RECEPTIONIST ($4200)
Our client is an offshore legal firm
Job Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties
- Attend to walk in clients and customers
- Handle travel arrangements for colleagues
- Handle front desk customer service duties
- Handle in-coming phone calls
Administration
- Stationery, pantry supplies and equipment maintenance
- Ensure sufficient stock for stationery and pantry supplies
- Ensure coffee machine, water cooler, shredding and scanning machines are serviced periodically
- Office support services
- Assist staff to book restaurants for meetings/meals
- Assist staff to book flights/hotels and processing expense claims forms
- Other administrative support assigned from time to time
- Finance support services
- Collate monthly expense reimbursements from staff and ensure receipts are in order
- Validate payment vouchers and cheques to vendors etc.
- Assist to deposit cheques at relevant banks
Job Requirements
- O'Levels and above
- At least 3 - 4 years of customer service/receptionist in the service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi task
Salary ranges from $3,500 - $4,200
