PERM RECEPTIONIST ($4200)

Our client is an offshore legal firm

Job Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties

  • Attend to walk in clients and customers
  • Handle travel arrangements for colleagues
  • Handle front desk customer service duties
  • Handle in-coming phone calls

Administration

  • Stationery, pantry supplies and equipment maintenance
  • Ensure sufficient stock for stationery and pantry supplies
  • Ensure coffee machine, water cooler, shredding and scanning machines are serviced periodically
  • Office support services
  • Assist staff to book restaurants for meetings/meals
  • Assist staff to book flights/hotels and processing expense claims forms
  • Other administrative support assigned from time to time
  • Finance support services
  • Collate monthly expense reimbursements from staff and ensure receipts are in order
  • Validate payment vouchers and cheques to vendors etc.
  • Assist to deposit cheques at relevant banks

Job Requirements

  • O'Levels and above
  • At least 3 - 4 years of customer service/receptionist in the service industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to multi task

Salary ranges from $3,500 - $4,200
