Personal Assistant to MD (East)

• Provide dedicated support to the Managing Director's individual needs and preferences.
• Manage the personal affairs of the Managing Director, including matters related to vehicles, housing, insurance, travel, and banking.
• Collaborate with family members of the Managing Director, offering assistance as required.
• Research, suggest, and procure necessary items for the Managing Director and their family.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and relevant parties to fulfill assigned tasks.
• Arrange and attend family gatherings and events when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, arrangements, documents, and petty cash.
• Execute daily administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to manage the Managing Director's schedule, encompassing appointments, meetings, events, and functions.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are implemented.
• Organize the Managing Director's business trips, covering itinerary planning, travel arrangements, accommodations, reservations, currency matters, and business meetings.
• Track and submit monthly expense claims for the Managing Director.
• Maintain well-organized records of corporate documents, events, and materials.

• Minimum Diploma and above
• At least 1 year of Personal Assistant experience
• Friendly, Outspoken personality
• Good interpersonal, communication, written skills
