(Pharmaceutical) HR Business Partner up to $7000 - 1 year contract
Our client is an established organization in the pharmaceutical industry
Nearest MRT: Tuas - WFH

Job scope:

• Provide end-to-end recruitment i.e posting advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, salary negotiation etc
• Develop strategic sourcing solutions to build strong talent pipeline
• Support effective onboarding/ offboarding for employees and deliver new-hire orientation program
• Manage all expatriate and international assignments and activities
• Collate and analyze data for various purposes i.e recruitment/ rewards etc
• Develop a process to capture data for analysis and insights generation
• Involved in HR projects, support roll-out of HR programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
• At least 5-8 years of relevant HR experience in talent acquisition and data analytics
• Proficient in data analytics
• Prior exposure in Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device/ Biotechnology industry will be a strong plus
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
• Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table) and Workday is an added advantage

Salary: Up to $7000
