Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation projects for PLM and MES systems, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, operations, and quality to define project objectives and develop project plans.
  • Allocate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient coordination and prioritization.
  • Gather business requirements, validate proposed solution options, consider various constraints such as budget, time, resources, technical, align stakeholders for best decision to company
  • Lead the design and development of PLM/MES infrastructure, including research, selection, design, testing of PLM/MES systems.
  • Lead testing, training, data conversion and go live procedures for commissioning PLM/MES systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for PLM/MES and infrastructure, identifying areas for optimization.
  • Conduct audits of PLM/MES solutions to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in Project Management in delivering PLM and MES implementation projects.
  • Good Knowledge of fabric manufacturing experience
  • Good knowledge of PLM and MES systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Fabric manufacturing PLM/ERP/MES technical knowledge, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Vietnamese is a plus
  • Frequent travel oversea is required
