Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the payments product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead the development of payment products and features, including payment gateways, merchant acquiring, digital wallets, cross-border payments, and settlement solutions.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver seamless, reliable, and secure payment experiences.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in the payments ecosystem.
- Track and drive product performance using KPIs and analytics, focusing on adoption, reliability, revenue, and customer experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting clear objectives and building strong product management capabilities.
- Work closely with regulatory, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all products meet regulatory, security, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new payment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record in building and scaling payment products, such as payment gateways, digital wallets, or acquiring platforms.
- Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, including card networks, merchant acquiring, issuing, real-time payments, and cross-border settlements.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
