Responsibilities
  • Partner with local leadership and HQ to forecast headcount, set hiring budgets, and align recruitment plans.
  • Build and diversify sourcing channels to drive down cost-per-hire while expanding talent pipelines.
  • End-to-end ownership of requisitions: post, source, interview, offer, onboard-on time and in full.
  • Craft compelling job ads, descriptions, and specs; design every touch-point to deliver a standout candidate experience.
  • Guarantee fair, compliant selection that meets all local labor laws and corporate policy.
  • Generate timely, accurate hiring analytics and dashboards for management review.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Active network within university career centers, student associations, and campus communities.
  • Power-user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with advanced PowerPoint storytelling skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; comfortable influencing stakeholders at every level.
  • Self-directed, thrives in rapid-change environments and tight deadlines.
  • Energetic, proactive, resilient under pressure.
