Our client is a Management Consulting firm in a start-up environment with high-growth potential
Job scope:
  • Support global offices on talent acquisition and company's training business
  • Coordinate any meetings i.e monthly showcases, annual holiday celebrations, weekly team meals
  • Arrange and coordinate events for clients and community i.e trainings and workshops
  • Manage learning calendars, liaise with clients and coordinate for refreshments during training workshops
  • Manage recruitment activities, handle work pass applications, benefits administration
  • Build talent pipeline for future expansion, collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements
  • Assist in recruitment coordination for interview scheduling
  • Onboard new hires and keep HRIS updated, ordering supplies/equipments for new hires to ensure efficient onboarding
  • Coordinate and organize any travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
  • General office admin duties
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Admin or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of solid experience in a coordinator role
  • Strong coordination skills, and able to multi-task
  • Comfortable to work in an agile environment
Salary: up to $5700
