Regional Business Development Manager

Our client is a US MNC specialised in machinery manufacturing, they're looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to join their team to build and expand the business in regional market.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead business expansion through strategic acquisition and cultivation of client relationships.
• Respond to customer queries in accordance with set guidelines and collaborate effectively on sales tactics.
• Conduct sales initiatives by establishing meaningful connections and gathering market intelligence.
• Oversee, mentor, and lead the team to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
• A minimum of 7 years working experience in business development.
• Proven track in sales, able to manage client relationship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
