Regional Events Manager

My client is a premium wine companies, and they are looking to hire a Regional Events Manager to join them in their Singapore office.

In this role you would be responsible for end-to-end management of all trade, media, VIP, etc. events. Working together with stakeholders and your experience in event production management would drive the yearly events calendar within the region providing a luxury experience to all involved.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Events Strategy & Execution: Collaborate various stakeholders to establish event strategies and success metrics, curate innovative experiences in key markets for brand growth, and take full ownership of event projects from start to finish.
• Market Research & Program Development: Perform thorough research on the luxury market and competitors to design high-quality programs that meet specific requirements and adapt or create regional toolkits for consistent market engagement.
• Operational Management: Manage all aspects of event operations, including logistics, staffing, orders, and calendar maintenance, while ensuring up-to-date communication with stakeholders.
• Agency Coordination: Lead external agencies through planning and execution phases, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets, providing clear feedback, and establishing evaluation frameworks.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: Generate detailed reports and analyses for each campaign phase and assist in the creation of brand presentations for various internal and external parties.
• Budget & Performance Analysis: Oversee the A&P budget, ensuring strategic alignment and ROI, manage forecasts, and ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years in events management, with a preference for luxury event experience and a proven ability to meet key performance indicators.
• Current with the latest digital technologies and trends in the events industry and possesses a strong network within the field.
• Skilled in budget management and has prior experience with profit and loss management.
• Creatively driven, goal-oriented, with strong project management skills, capable of multitasking, and adept in negotiations.
• Autonomous worker with excellent communication abilities, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative spirit that enhances team dynamics.
• Comfortable with regularly traveling within the region to ensure smooth execution of events.
