Regional Marketing Manager

My client is one of the largest beverage companies, and they are looking to hire a Regional Marketing Manager to join them in their Vietnam office. In this role you would be responsible for the strategic growth of my client's portfolio of key brands within the assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing brand marketing strategies and running end-to-end marketing and promotional campaigns across different channels to drive ROI and revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Assessment and Strategic Planning:
    • Analyze category growth and market movements.
    • Support strategic planning and brand development for the assigned markets.
  • Brand Strategy and Execution:
    • Deploy and monitor brand marketing and promotional strategies.
    • Maximize ROI for the 'Core' brand portfolio.
    • Continuously evaluate market dynamics and respond to opportunities and challenges.
  • Brand Communication and Differentiation:
    • Craft clear brand messages to enhance brand health and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with the commercial and marketing teams to execute launch strategies for new brands or expressions.
  • Digital Strategy Ownership:
    • Lead digital strategy development and execution across paid (search, display, app, social media) and owned (merchandising, emails, push notifications, editorial content) channels.
    • Manage creative processes, targeting, segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Annual Brand Plans and Business Cases:
    • Create annual brand plans in a timely manner.
    • Develop and secure approval for marketing and branding initiatives, including new market launches and innovations.
  • Sales Enablement and Relationship Building:
    • Provide guidance to Brand Managers on field sales enablement tools.
    • Foster effective working relationships with the commercial team to ensure brand traction through sales activation calendars.
  • Brand Assets and Compliance:
    • Adapt brand assets for ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing programs.
    • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years of hands-on consumer marketing experience within the alcoholic beverages space is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in brand strategy development and running end-to-end marketing and promotional campaigns through various channels.
  • Team player and leadership experience with the ability to guide, coach and lead a team.
  • Experienced in working with different stakeholders in field marketing and/or commercial sales is a plus.
  • Creative and good communication skills to be able to drive the growth of product portfolio within assigned territories.
