Regional Product Manager

My client is a global leader in industrial automation. It operates across multiple regions, offering advanced solutions that enhance productivity, safety, and efficiency in various industries. They are looking to hire a Regional Product Manager for their Singapore office.

In this role you would be responsible for driving the success of my client's product portfolio through market analysis, strategic development, and lifecycle management. This role collaborates cross-functionally to define product vision, guide development, and align offerings with evolving market needs. It involves close coordination with global teams, including R&D, sales subsidiaries, and business units, to ensure product relevance and growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct market and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Define product vision, specifications, and value propositions.
  • Lead product development in collaboration with R&D and engineering.
  • Align regional strategies with global objectives through close work with market product managers.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Manage product end-of-life processes to ensure smooth transitions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management (B2B/B2C technical products). Industrial automation or sensors background is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in product strategy, industrial automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
