Regional Sales Manager

Job description

Our clients are an American MNC and a leading manufacturer within the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) industry. They're looking for a Regional Sales Manager, Asia to join their team. This incumbent would oversee implementation of all short-, medium- and long-term strategies to facilitate the achievement of the organisation's sales objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all sales performance for the Asian market is in line with the corporate strategy for growth.
  • Create a mid-term (3-5 year) sales plan to strengthen company's market positioning for expansion.
  • In Accordance with the company's 3-5year strategy, propose a detailed plan to build the "Industrial & Residential" segment in the nations.
  • Manage distributor evaluation, selection, and onboarding in the most efficient and proactive way possible.
  • Create and implement a methodology for negotiating, managing, and involving in Distributor/BAF Agreements rationalization following the Acquisition.
  • Plan, implement, and optimize sales efforts in collaboration with the distributor in each country to meet or exceed goals for profit, market share, and sales turnover.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • 5 years and above experiences in Sales in relevant Industry.
  • Strong HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) or Manufacturing background
  • Fluent in English
  • Planning and Project Management skills.
  • Strategic agility and high adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Business Analytical skills.
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
