Regional Sales Manager

Are you passionate about driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships? My client is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join their team. My client is a leading manufacturer of seals, bearing, etc. providing innovative solutions to their customers.

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the products, capabilities, and service solutions to meet their customers' needs. You'll play a crucial role in achieving sales and profit targets while supporting marketing efforts and identifying new business opportunities within the region/assigned territories.


  • Develop and nurture relationships with key accounts to support existing business and generate new opportunities by identifying, researching, and developing prospective target customers to secure future sales.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability by upselling and cross-selling to existing clients and bringing in new clients.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and provide market insights on trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
  • Respond to inquiries, negotiate prices, and secure sales orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.


  • Degree in Engineering/Science: A solid technical foundation is essential.
  • 8+ Years of Sales or Technical Experience with a track record in sales.
  • Familiarity with seals, and bearings is advantageous and experience in industries e.g., Oil & Gas, Fluid power is a plus.
  • Results driven and able to work as a team, while striving to deliver to customer's satisfaction.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
