My client is an esteemed brand in the luxury sector and they are seeking an experienced and visionary Retail Director to lead their retail operations and drive their brand to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury retail market, a proven track record of success, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire retail teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior retail management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams to success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
