Brazil Country Manager (Overseas Assignment Position)

Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the company's business expansion in Brazil, building and managing the local customer service and implementation team, and leading the team to achieve performance goals.
  2. Responsible for the localization, implementation, and training of the company's SaaS system in Brazil, resolving user issues, and helping users effectively utilize the product.
  3. Responsible for planning and executing online and offline promotional activities for the SaaS system in the local market.
  4. Responsible for researching market trends, competitor information, and product needs in Indonesia.
  5. Responsible for maintaining local public relations and cooperative channels.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  2. Willing to pursue long-term development in the SaaS industry, in good health, and able to adapt to long-term overseas work and life.
  3. Proficient in Indonesian as a working language, familiar with local culture and customs. Candidates with study or work experience in Brazil are preferred.
  4. Experience in project or team management, with strong business acumen and communication skills.
  5. Candidates with prior experience in managing overseas business departments are preferred.
