About Our Client

Our client is a front-runner within the healthcare industry, with a strong presence and a large global network in the APAC, America and Europe region. Due to their continuous expansion within the industry over the past few years, the organization is looking for a successful SAAS Sales Manager - Healthcare to develop their sales strategy and drive profitable growth.

Job Description

  • Develop and manage sales lifecycles put forward effective marketing strategies for the long-term growth of the company
  • Analyze marketing trends and competitor's product offerings to propose improvements to current products/services
  • Recommend a strong pricing strategy to improve the company's cost position and price differentials relative to direct competitors in the industry
  • Put forward an action plan based on target segment knowledge and customer insights to come up with creative and practical solutions for the company
  • Aligning and mobilizing resources efficiently to implement marketing strategy and drive profitable growth
  • Work with other departments to resolve implications in technology or regulatory matters
  • Manage and ensure that stakeholders goals and expectations are met

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 8 years of experience within the Healthcare or Healthtech industry in a commercial role
  • Strong experience with healthcare SAAS/software solutions to identify key external drivers and competitors to improve company performance
  • Strong experience in team management and handling conflict resolution to provide leadership and improve group performance
  • Strong adaptability to anticipate change and formulate future marketing strategies
  • Fast learner, able to grasp an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services quickly
  • Strong experience covering the APAC region
