Sales & Business Development Manager

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in the FMCG industry to manage our sales pipeline, generate and develop leads, and increase company revenue. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in introducing new products to the market, finding and developing new markets to boost sales, and developing long-term business growth strategies.


  • Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
  • Introduce new products to the market and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales and business development initiatives.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, within the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of generating and developing leads, introducing new products to the market, and increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong strategic, analytical and decision making skills.
  • Adept at negotiating sound business deals as well as demonstrating excellent relationship management.
