Sales Associate (Ophthalmology/Optometry)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to drive sales and manage key accounts within the surgical field (Ophthalmology/Optometry). This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering value-based solutions to healthcare professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Develop sales plans for designated accounts
• Drive promotion and growth of surgical products
• Build long-term relationships with key customers
• Prepare and negotiate contracts
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Organize customer events and educational programs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Optometry, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in ophthalmology or medical devices within a surgical environment
• Strong understanding of cataract procedures and surgical techniques (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in operating theatres during surgeries
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
