Sales Director

Job description

My client is a leading technology company that specializes in Enterprise Software solutions. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead their sales team and drive revenue growth.

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will work closely with the executive team to set sales goals and develop plans to achieve them.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow market share.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the executive team.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the sales team's performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on trends and developments.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
