Sales Manager

Our clients are a leading manufacturer of Plastic, Elastomer, Metal, Secondary processes, and Assembly. This company serves Fortune 500 and other multi-national companies in Southeast Asia, North Asia and the United States, and Europe. It is known for its service quality and cutting-edge technology

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term customer satisfaction in managing and meeting their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to increase revenue and client retention.
  • Recognize and understand the needs of customers for silicone rubber, plastics, and metal precision component parts (will be added advantage).
  • Be aware of market trends and industry news to better pitch and service consumers.
  • Sales experience with international clients from countries such as Europe, Malaysia, Singapore and China.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by delivering on schedule.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales hunting and experience.
  • Leadership experience required
  • Regional Experience required
  • Knowledge in plastics injection and rubber components/products.
  • Self-driven, independent, resourceful and possess strong client relationship skills.
  • Familiar in handling Commodity and Supply Chain decision makers.
  • Able to build and maintain good customer relationships management.
  • Has integrity, responsive and result oriented.
