Sales Manager

Job description

My client is one of the most prolific system integrator and AV solutions provider in Singapore, and they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join their growing team. This role would have you be responsible for not only winning new clients to provide integrated solutions to but also understand market gap and identify new categories to add to their growing services portfolio. In addition, you would be working very closely with a wide range of service partners and looking out for more partners to enhance the suite of solutions offered by my client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and mentor the Sales team, driving them towards the attainment of sales goals.
  • Foster growth within current key accounts, optimizing sales opportunities.
  • Cultivate new key accounts by strategically generating and developing relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with distinguished partners to develop customer-centric solutions, ensuring competitiveness through effective negotiation of pricing.
  • Oversee partner relationships, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Identify and secure partnerships that expand our range of solutions, enhancing our offerings for the same customer base.
  • Compile and present weekly sales reports, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Target the enterprise sector, including industries such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, and more (so candidates with experience in managing key accounts in these industries would be preferred).

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling in a B2B environment and providing solutions pertaining to AV, Videoconferencing or telephony solutions would be highly desirable.
  • At least a Diploma in IT, Engineering, or any other field is preferred.
  • Dynamic personality with a keen interest leading a team of sales professionals.
