Sales Operations Manager

Our Client: Our client is a global software platform leading in their space. Focused on the accounting space, they have offices worldwide including Australia, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams in Asia and globally to manage and create sales forecasts, targets, and reports
- Develop GTM strategy for the company and advise senior stakeholders
- Create, maintain, and improve sales system and process and ensure best ROI
- Create, maintain, and share reports and/or analysis relating to GTM team KPIs and targets
- Data analytics and reporting on such
- Lead a team of sales operations analyst(s), ensuring the team is following processes and practices and providing best service
- 5 plus years experience in a Business operations or Sales operations role
- Experience managing a team and working cross functionally with other teams
- Experience using and running CRM systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and advise on strategy
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies and data modelling and analytics
