Sales SEA/APAC(Time & Synchronization)

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business growth initiatives across APAC, with a strong focus on government, defense, and aerospace sectors.
  • Define and execute regional go-to-market strategies to scale the company's presence in Time & Synchronization / PNT solutions.
  • Establish and strengthen the company's positioning as a market leader in timing and synchronization technologies.
  • Own regional sales execution and demand-generation activities for the company's solution portfolio.
  • Develop, enable, and manage a robust ecosystem of Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Manage and support new product introductions and regional launches across APAC.
  • Identify and develop new customer segments and use cases for PNT-related offerings.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product roadmap and strategic planning.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Solid experience in regional or global sales / business development within government, defense, or aerospace environments.
  • Strong domain knowledge in Time & Synchronization and/or PNT technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives and consistently deliver commercial results.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Professional fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous.

Performance Indicators

  • New customer wins and strategic account penetration.
  • Delivery against revenue and regional growth objectives.
  • Expansion and effectiveness of the VAR partner ecosystem.
  • Strength, accuracy, and reliability of the opportunity pipeline and CRM (Salesforce) reporting.
