SEA Senior Sales Manager

My client - A global leader in industrial solutions is seeking a SEA Senior Sales Manager to drive growth for its product line across Southeast Asia. This strategic role reports to the APAC Sales Director and focuses on market expansion, channel partner collaboration, and lifecycle program leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead regional business development for assigned product line.
  • Consistently exceed sales, bookings, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with country managers and channel partners to penetrate new markets.
  • Manage lifecycle programs including MRO initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic pricing to optimize profitability.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
  • Mentor and develop sales teams with tools and training.
  • Design and implement country-specific growth plans.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Service-preferably in valves or industrial solutions for the oil and gas or power generation sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and technical evaluation skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and channel partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
