Senior Product Specialist

My client - A leading innovator in medical technologies is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to support and grow its surgical solutions portfolio in Singapore. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic sales execution to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to healthcare providers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve sales targets through value-based selling of surgical portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Deliver product training and surgical procedure support to hospital staff.
  • Execute joint marketing and educational initiatives with distributors.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Manage customer inquiries, service requests, and product returns.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the medical devices industry, ideally in surgical product sales.
  • Proven track record in sales performance and customer service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
  • Experience in KOL engagement and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software tools.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
