Senior Recruitment Consultant

Ambition is a leading global recruitment and executive search business operating across key international cities, specializing in areas within Banking & Financial Services, Finance & Accounting, Shared Services, HR, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Procurement & Supply Chain, Technology and Contracting.

We are currently seeking dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Recruitment Consultants - at any level - to join our growing team. You will be responsible for shaping your own specialization, team and division. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and delivering high-quality talents under tight timelines.

What you will do

• Business Development calls to generate new clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for potential opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain a strong client network and talent pipeline.

Who we are looking for:

• Proven experience in an external recruitment role.
• Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Existing track record within an agency setting, preferably in a 360' recruitment capacity.
