*Immediate* Senior Rewards Analyst up to $8300 - 6 month contract (US MNC)
Our client is a reputable organization in the IT industry
Location: Raffles Place/Telok Ayer

Job scope:

• Develop, review and implement rewards related strategies, initiatives, programs and processes in APAC region
• Collaborating with stakeholders to implement flexible benefits platform
• Come up with integration approach and planning for any M&A initiatives
• Analyze and support on development and implementation of rewards programs to meet business requirements, market competitiveness and compliance
• Evaluate rewards programs and suggest any enhancements or new program development if needed
• Monitor efficiency and effectiveness of rewards programs and processes
• Build relationship and manage vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in HR or related discipline
• At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in Rewards or related areas
• Prior experience in flexible benefit implementation will be a strong advantage
• Familiar with Darwin platform will be a plus

Salary: Up to $8300
