Senior Sales Engineer

Our clients are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving and expanding the business presence within the region. They are a reputable company committed to revolutionizing industries through innovative technologies, sustainability, and unparalleled customer service. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion efforts, responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial approach to delivery and payment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and clients to understand their specific requirements and objectives related to HVAC, automation, and general industry applications.
  • Solution Development: Conduct thorough assessments and analysis of clients' current systems and operations and develop and present comprehensive solutions that focus on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and technical support to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of our solutions, while also coordinating with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct customer seminars and sales presentations to enhance clients' understanding of our products and technologies, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and incorporate best practices into our solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience (4-5 years minimum) in HVAC, industrial automation or Semiconductors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • High proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits within Singapore and Malaysia.
