Senior Sales Manager

My client is a global leader in advanced digital imaging solutions, specializing in CMOS image sensors used across mobile, automotive, medical, and industrial applications. Known for innovation and high-performance technology, the company plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of visual intelligence.

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead business development efforts with a major mobile device manufacturer. This high-visibility role involves setting and executing sales strategies, managing key relationships, and driving revenue growth in the fast-paced CMOS image sensor market. The position is based in their Seoul office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor sales within the Korea region, with a proven track record of success in securing major design wins. This role requires close collaboration with regional and headquarters teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to a key mobile device account.
  • Lead account management efforts with support from internal teams.
  • Drive design wins and revenue growth through strategic customer engagement.
  • Manage pricing, negotiations, forecasting, and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and communications to both customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with camera integrators and component suppliers as needed.
  • Travel internationally as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of semiconductor sales experience in Korea.
  • Demonstrated success in securing major design wins.
  • Strong network of contacts within the mobile device industry.
  • Deep understanding of CMOS image sensors or related imaging technologies (ISP, Lens, SoC).
  • Fluent in English and Korean to liaise with internal and other Korean stakeholders.
  • Experience with camera integrators (e.g., SEMCO, MCNEX, Partron) and analog/discrete components (e.g., PMIC, LDO, DC-DC).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and KPI-focused.
