Our client is an established organization in the financial services industry
Job scope:
  • Responsible for HR generalist duties inclusive of recruitment, full employee lifecycle process, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, payroll operations etc
  • Involved in manpower planning activities, provide advice to manage and resolve human capital issues
  • Ensure HR best practices and aligned with corporate policies
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance to local regulations
  • Building overall organization culture and people development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Exposure to financial institutions or professional services industries required
  • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
Salary: Up to $9000
