12 months Call Centre Specialist x 10 (UP to $2700)
- Receive and manage incoming customer inquiries, and complaints through the hotline. Document and record customer information, questions, and grievances.
- Initiate outbound calls to proactively address issues, orders, or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in accordance with standard operating procedures and promptly escalate them to the relevant operations team for resolution.
- Provide feedback to supervisors regarding areas for improvement based on customer and client feedback.
- Prepare and submit regular and ad-hoc reports to relevant departments or management detailing all recorded cases in the system.
- Collaborate with the appropriate operations team for issue resolution, follow-up actions, and effective communication.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients and customers.
- Experience in customer service/ call centre
- Good interpersonal skills, teamplayer
- Able to start immediately
