6 Months EA/ Office Executive - UP to $5000

Job Duties:

• Provide administrative assistance to the Managing Director as required.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications required for business travel.
• Schedule and coordinate executive and client meetings, ensuring availability and preferences are considered.
• Manage and organize expense submissions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain records of expenses and receipts for tracking purposes.
• Assist in the creation and formatting of presentation decks.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to ensure presentations are well-prepared and visually appealing.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the office, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Assist employees with travel arrangements when necessary.
• Assist various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of admin/office experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
