Admin Manager (Facilities) - UP to $7000

Job responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
  • Develop, review, and ensure continuous improvement to administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for vendors management which includes but not limited to, office maintenance, cleaning services, travel agencies, hotel and service apartments, office space, telecommunication, and more.
  • Manage travel arrangement for visiting colleagues
  • Responsible for office internal movement, layout, and business units' seating arrangement
  • Perform budget analysis
  • Assist in insurance queries and health related programme
  • Assist in MOM related matters, such as work pass management
  • Any other ad-hoc matters relating to administration.

Job requirement:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective people management skill are a must
  • Excellent stakeholders' management skills
  • Experience working in MNC with multiple entities
  • Proficient in MS office suite
