*Perm* Senior HR Manager up to $12000 (Pharmaceutical MNC)
Our client is a reputable MNC in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Location: Tuas
Job scope:
  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR inclusive of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Change Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits etc
  • Design and implement strategies in HR processes e.g recruitment, talent management and retention
  • Facilitate full cycle of talent acquisition process and develop effective onboarding program for new hires and provide recommendations on new hire orientation program
  • Deliver Talent Review process, build talent pipelines, engaged in succession planning and leadership capability
  • Handle performance management, provide guidance to managers in conducting performance management and compensation with employees
  • Design communication strategy to support change process, foster company culture and employee engagement
  • Involved in collaborating with COEs in C&B related matters
  • Business Partner with business leaders, COE, senior stakeholders for any strategic activities for the organization
  • Lead global/regional HR projects if required to support roll out of HR programs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of solid experience handling HR duties in a large and matrix organization
  • Experience in managing/working in a plant
  • Experienced in Organizational Development will be highly preferred
  • Prior industry background in Pharmaceutical/ Biopharma/ Manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Strong business partnering skills to liaise with senior stakeholders across the region
  • Knowledge in Workday will be an added advantage
