Exciting new opportunity embarking in a new start-up venture within blockchain solutions industry
Location: Central

Job scope:

• Oversee and manage full cycle recruitment including posting job ads, screening CVs, conducting interview, candidate management, salary negotiation etc
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
• Build strong talent pipelines for Engineering and Products talents
• Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience
• Liaise with hiring managers, senior stakeholders to understand the hiring requirements and needs
• Facilitate employee lifecycle process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
• At least 5 years of experience in tech recruitment within the in-house TA realm
• Proactive sourcing tactics and substantial initiative
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Experienced working in a tech hyper-growth/ start-up environment will be advantageous
• Possess a good sense of business acumen

Salary: Up to $7000
