Talent Management (L&D) Specialist up to $4900 - 1 year contract (TECH MNC)

Our client is a well reputable US MNC in the Technology industry

Location: Tanjong Pagar/ WFH

Job scope:

  • Execute L&D roadmap including L&D framework for Managers, leadership development etc
  • Collaborate with Corporate team to rollout global leadership development programs
  • Lead leadership development programs, ensure talent development plans are in place, manage succession planning
  • Handle annual talent review support, succession planning and talent analysis as part of talent management efforts
  • Support on quarterly labor survey, employee experience etc

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience within the Talent Management/ L&D capacity
  • Prior background in Technology industry is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently

Salary: Up to $4900
